Returns & Refunds
- We’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in their original condition.
- For pillows, please note that once the vacuum-sealed packaging is opened, returns or exchanges aren’t possible.
- Simply email us at info@mumooroom.com and we’ll send you a return label and guide you through the process. Refunds are issued to your original payment once the item is received and checked.

Percale is a type of fabric weave characterized by a closely woven, plain weave structure that creates a smooth, crisp, and matte finish. Modal is a premium fabric made from natural fibers, known for its silky smooth texture and gentle touch on the skin. It is highly breathable, making it comfortable to use in every season. Unlike ordinary cotton, Modal maintains its softness even after repeated washing. It is also strong and durable, resisting shrinkage and pilling over time. Because of its lightweight and moisture-absorbing qualities, it keeps bedding fresh and comfortable throughout the night. A MOC (Modal and cotton blend fabric) combines the silky smoothness of Modal with the natural breathability of cotton. Unlike pure cotton, the addition of Modal enhances drape, resists shrinkage, and maintains its softness even after repeated washing. Lyocell is an eco-friendly fabric made from sustainably sourced wood pulp, offering both softness and strength.
