Returns & Refunds
- We’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in their original condition.
- For pillows, please note that once the vacuum-sealed packaging is opened, returns or exchanges aren’t possible.
- Simply email us at info@mumooroom.com and we’ll send you a return label and guide you through the process. Refunds are issued to your original payment once the item is received and checked.

Percale is a type of fabric weave characterized by a closely woven, plain weave structure that creates a smooth, crisp, and matte finish. Typically made from cotton or a blend of cotton and synthetic fibers, percale has a thread count of at least 180. It feels cool and breathable, making it ideal for warm sleepers and summer bedding. Unlike sateen, which is silky and lustrous, percale has a fresh, hotel-like feel that becomes softer with every wash.
Modal is a premium fabric made from natural fibers, known for its silky smooth texture and gentle touch on the skin. It is highly breathable, making it comfortable to use in every season. Unlike ordinary cotton, Modal maintains its softness even after repeated washing. It is also strong and durable, resisting shrinkage and pilling over time. Because of its lightweight and moisture-absorbing qualities, it keeps bedding fresh and comfortable throughout the night. At Mumooroom, we use Modal to create bedding that combines everyday practicality with the brand’s warm, calming sensibility.
A MOC (Modal and cotton blend fabric) combines the silky smoothness of Modal with the natural breathability of cotton. The result is a soft, durable, and lightweight textile that feels gentle on the skin while offering excellent moisture absorption. Unlike pure cotton, the addition of Modal enhances drape, resists shrinkage, and maintains its softness even after repeated washing. This balanced blend is ideal for bedding, as it provides both everyday practicality and a touch of luxury comfort.
Lyocell is an eco-friendly fabric made from sustainably sourced wood pulp, offering both softness and strength. It has a smooth, silky texture that feels gentle on the skin, making it ideal for sensitive users. With excellent breathability and moisture-wicking ability, Lyocell keeps bedding cool and fresh throughout the night. The fabric is also highly durable, resistant to wrinkles, and maintains its shape after many washes.
